Counters Mod\uniforms

For those who want counters but with uniforms.

Obviously your working with limited pixels but I think it works.

and place CountersUniform folder into your

Documents\My Games\Strategic Command - American Civil War\Mods folder

Activate mod in game settings.

Good work. But if you could clear up the background of the Union units. It looks a bit dark to me.
