fullscreen mode available?

Hello everyone,

try my first steps in southern storm and would like to change the game to fullscreen mode as in red storm but i cant find the option. Did i miss something?

Can you post a screenshot so I can better understand what you are seeing? The game should start that way. Are you talking about overlapping the taskbar? Red Storm opens with the taskbar exposed as well.

Thats right, its about the Taskbar. In Red Storm i checked the in the Preferences (General Tab) the fullscreen mode and than there is no Taskbar. I attached a screenshot from Red Storm and Southern Storm. I hope that helps.

I will investigate further. Not sure why we have taken it out, but it was removed some time ago.

and i just hide the taskbar in the windows settings and the game auto goes full screen for me

as there is no setting in game atm or option to chose it, or add in a command line that i've found as of yet that worked

while i know you were asking for a ingame option etc, i've ran this on 2 gaming test pc's and also a laptop with great results

low cpu and memory use and very good gpu usage and temps and manually disabling the taskbar is a 2 second task, but if the developers can add in a ingame option, every little bit helps someone, hope it helps others looking as well

It is in our tracking program to be looked at, but no date on when it will be evaluated or added with other work having priority right now.

Adrazz, the ability to full screen is being tested now. I just checked, and it appears to work. If we see no issues it will make it out in a future update.
