Peace treaty conditions not being displayed

Just played a game where I was utterly defeated by a FR and UK alliance in 1895, nothing I could do despite heroic efforts. 5-1 odds I can handle, 10-1 not so much. Ran out of boats...

Had a harsh peace enforced, but I didn't know about it until I tried to build something. Gave that one up, the lead everyone else will have will be just too big. 94 months of this!

In the current game, smashed the French--no allies this time--and didn't know I had enforced a harsh peace on them until I looked at the almanac and found they weren't building anything bigger than 12k and 8". I do not know how long this will last.

This information for the player seems to have disappeared in the update. It should display in the treaty build limitations if applied to the player, and there should be a notification in the war wrap-up if not.

Do you mind posting a screenshot of you are not seeing and what you expect to see? A save could also be helpful here.
