Japan lost Strategic Bomber but starts with Strategic Heavy Bomber Research?

Which you can no longer use?

Considering Japan never made a strategic bomber it makes sense it was removed but does not make sense to start with strategic heavy bomber research. They do not start with this in SCWAW.

Would make more sense to have research started in amphibious warfare or ground attack weapons for medium and tactical bombers...

It can however be used if Japan decides to buy any Strategic Bombers.

SC WAW has a different starting point and different needs, i.e. they need to invest in amphibious warfare in that one, here such research is optional.
