Is there a secret to enabling the Editor?

Hi,
I can't seem to find out how to edit a provided scenario or create a new one.
Is there a way to enable the editor (I remember for AB-I you had the enable the editor with a "Developer mode")?

BTW--I see Mission editor menu item in the start menu, but when I click on it nothing (no scenario files) show up (?)

If you want to edit any of the supplied missions you need to copy them from:
C:\<someplace>\Armored Brigade 2\data\scenario\default
to:
C:\Users\<Yourname>\Documents\My Games\Armored Brigade 2\data\scenario\user

Editable missions are created by first saving them in the last screen of the mission generator.
