Unspliting and reloading infantry

Can't seem to find how to unsplit and reload infantry into their vehicles, reattach doesn't seem to be doing anything and I can get them to load directly either. What am I missing?

1. Select infantry platoon
2. Click FORMATION -> JOIN
3. Order vehicles to LOAD, as usual

If they are Split then move the transports close to the infantry and select the infantry platoon icon and press the FORMATION > JOIN buttons. The 2 transport and infantry icons will become one and you can then use the load order.
With the icon selected press the button ORDERS > LOAD.

If you join the infantry to the transports while they are some distance from them then you may get unexpected results from the infantry when you move the transports towards them.

If you have a problem with an individual squad or vehicle then make sure it's attached to it's formation. Anything outlined in red press ORDERS > REATTACH.
