Just bought on steam. When I start the game I get no visible cursor on the menu screens. Please help me.

That happened to me on my desktop. I have two GPUs and the default is to let Windows decide which to use.I was able to correct it by going to System > Display > Graphics and adding the program in the Custom options section and selecting the 'High Performance' option.

Without knowing more about your computer configuration, that would be the first place to look.
