Weird graphical glitch after 1.01.03 update

Hello,

I'm experiencing a weird glitch after 1.01.03 update (Steam). In the Solomons campaign at the start of the scenario one of the US cruisers is drawn with a 3D representation and a white background... See screenshots; this seems to depend on the zoom level - after zooming out, the cruiser has correct icon. I verified all files with Steam, and also restarted the game but that didn't help.

Thanks for the report, there is an issue with the NATO counter file for this particular campaign that we'll address for the next update.
