I am playing MP match right now, "Day of Infamy" grand campaign as Allies. My opponent besides obvious attacks on Indonesia, Philippines, Rabaul and Burma road, focused strongly on land war in China. I've counted at least 8 japanese armies, 2 corps, artillery unit, fighter and tactical bomber pressing on Changsha, both from North-East and South. I secured Xikang, and Xinjiang, Communists joined the Nationalists in united front against Japanese. I am losing ground, its late July 1942. There is one HQ and two Chinese Armies in Burma, Chennault and flying Tigers protects central China. I bought HQ for China's north. Right now, I got so much losses, that i spend around 200 MPPS just to hold the line. (Changsha hasn't surrenderd yet). What can I do?
Americans are not ready, they are tied up in holding Guadalcanal and Solomon Islands. My fleet is not strong enough yet to get into the fight. Any ideas?
