This is the only reason why I'm currently designing my own war ships (with comp automation on). I dont like to do it. But it saves so much annoyance to have no fuel consumption when your fleet is idle, that it is worth all the micromanagement.

I'm still learning and now this I have to master LOL!

I spent this afternoon trying learning how to make fleets. I think I figured out how to make them travel to attack a pirate ship. Stupid thing destroyed a construction ship before I could blow it out of the wate....I mean blow it to space dust! [:@]
After 16 years, Civ II still has me in it's clutches LOL!!!
Now CIV IV has me in it's evil clutches!

Seems that you are playing the game a lot already. Dont forget the learning curve, but you will get there eventually.
