Actually I'm kind of serious, but not about the LEGOs.

The tanks shouldn't really change much, since they already look right.

I'm with you HintJ I'd like to see those kinds of units also. But, there needs to be some LIME green ones. [:)]

Actually there's a game sorta like that already out there with several expansions. Forget the name of it but it uses the old toy soldiers we used to play with and the trucks and tanks as well.

The infantry already has animations that make them look like that... am I missing something?

Non-animated plastic-looking soldiers. For example, the "moving" figure would simply glide around while moving, but if the unit starts shooting, he becomes the "shooting" figure, and so on.

Maybe they should replace the realistic weapons effects with the sound of little kids going "pow, pow" to really add "immersion"?
