After installing the mod for the 1939-45 Race to Victory Campaign a friend and I noticed that all the Japanese HQ's now have incorrect unit names when compared to their names in the unmodded regular 1939-45 Campaign. For example, one Japanese HQ is now called the Timoshenko HQ and all the others have numbers in the HQ name instead of the correct Japanese names.

Don't install the 'text' folder that came with the zip. As far as I can tell, using the default 'text' folder works.

That makes sense GW. My text file is from the beta with the addition of your lines. I'll eliminate them from the download after work tonight.

Thanks all

Nice. I was just playing around with the board map mod. Most of it works, but some new elements were needed. And then I couldn't help myself, so I changed a few more things.

Edit: Just to be clear, this is not my mod. I only updated some images so that it works for me in WaW. The Board-Map mod is available on the SC Europe mod forum and is easy to convert with some basic photoshop skills.

With the new resources and fortifications this map looks just great.
Can you please make available this new images.

Also a great thanks for Welk and Hairog.

I echo IronX. This mod is Welk's with a few tweaks by me. He's the man.

Going back to the original Text directory fixed the problem with the Japanese HQ names.

I'm trying to mod this into the standard campaigns, e.g the Axis High Tide campaign sub folder in the SCWaW directory because there are no campaigns created in the My Documents directory. But even after replacing all files in the Bitmap and Text folders, plus the .ini file, I'm still stuck with the standard map.

Worked for me. Perhaps check the bitmap folder, and make sure the new files got copied over. Assuming you made a backup of the bitmap folder, just copy the whole bitmap folder over to the Hige Tide folder.

OK worked it out - I had created a back up version of SCWaW on D: that I was changing, but when I launched from there, the launcher went and loaded the files from the original install on C:.
