I have retested with v1.00.13 Beta and if the port of Kronstadt is indeed occupied by a Soviet unit from the beginning, there is no issue. The road to life is bring back.

There is an issue to test.

I have Leningrad completely surrounded as the Axis...but the Russians own the road of life.
But it is not in supply because the area is completely surrounded, from Finland through the swamps to the Baltic.

But they stay in supply.

There are two hexes that can cut the road to life. Do you have a screenshot? Maybe this is because the Finns have taken hex 190, 78.

I understand there are two hexes that keep Leningrad supplied..

BUT if those two hexes are out of supply...they could not keep Leningrad supplied.

Perfectly normal imo, so there is still a problem.

Really?

How does supply get to Leningrad?

Port is frozen and has to pass through German minefields.
Every unit if fully surrounded including the lake...no supply connection to any part of Russia.

I guess I did not fully understand what you were saying.

Correct...they should not be able to keep it supplied...just did for the entire winter and now it is out again as spring is breaking.

I might be able to get creative with scripting on this. Now thinking about it. I did so in WPP for the LL to China.

Ok I looked. There are too many variables to cover to get creative. There are too many rail lines to cover too far to handle the supply.
