Well I got it just now. Box was crushed and the other double DVD case was broken with the disk loose inside. I KNOW IT IS NOT MATRIX'S FAULT, but the condition of the shipment is truly sorry. I have all the shipping information if you guys want to "Pitch a Bitch".

BTW manual in great shape with the infamous "Made in China" sticker attached. Disk loads and has only very minor scratches.

My copy is supposedly in transit. Will do unspeakable things to the 'Made in China' sticker upon receipt.

If you send me your order info (and ideally a picture of the condition things arrived in if they can) I'll make sure we send out a new box and CD for you.

...Put a little on my nose
Put a little on my toe
Put it on my back and my sacroiliac
And a dab on my chinny-chin-chin

Rub it in, rub it in
Rub it in, rub it in
I feel the tingle begin
You're gettin' under my skin
Rub it in, rub it in...

Got a message from DR this afternoon that it has processed. I have a feeling my note to Mr. Rutins was heard! My faith in Matrix is restored . . .

I think I'll play the lottery and bug Arjuna about BFTB's release date. Might be my lucky day!

WOOT! Got mine today! Shipping box was intact and unopened, the CD, Manual etc all excellent shape.

And of course I will always treasure the MADE IN CHINA sticker on the back of the manual.

As a aside, I would pay more to have my next Matrix purchase made in the US of A.
