In DV RN the US Army (OOB82) Armd Inf Plt 42 (#1095) and Armd Inf Plt (#1098) have the Fast Response Artillery attribute (2 in special) !

I never experienced complete destruction of carrier squadrons but my understanding is that they should come back as replacements.  However, sufficient planes of the required type should be available from the pool to reconstruct the unit.

Rate 35 is for US squadrons and 5 for Aussie.
