Just Ordered SOW Collectors edition and tried to enter Steam key, It told me it was for expansion and required the base game to be owned.

That's what I thought but it doesn't allow all the time. Not sure if it is in certain phases or postures.

Where are the descriptions for the scenarios...looked in all the manuals and readme (they may be there but I didnt see them)
