RE: Revive the Ning!

Speaking for myself only and am not meaning to bash the Ning, but I have an account at the ning, but hardly ever use it.
I simply don't like the layout.

I much prefer cruising the forums here.

Edittng Font Size

I was wondering if anyone has a tip or two on how to edit the font size in the play-by-play window. I like the layout, only wish it was a little larger, any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks Jeff

RE: It's Official - I am coming out of semi-retirement

Shaun,
I have been a subscription player for a couple of years with the soccer game SAAP, and it has worked great. If this is the route you are going I will be happy to support you.
Glad to have you back from semi-reTIREment - now get to work before you get TIRED again.

RE: Puresim Baseball vs. Action PC Baseball

<t> I agree alot with what cdvalenta descibed. I have played all 3 but always find myself coming back to Puresim, althou the new OOTP 2007 is alot of Fun. For me I usually play Fictional leagues, so I have to manage by the numbers, not the names. I like how PS and OOTP allow you to create a universe ...

RE: Anyone tried OOTP 2007 yet?

<t> I'm in agreement with mking55 - PureSim and OOTP are different enough to have two different Gaming experiences. I was also one that Very much disliked OOTP 2006, but after reading reviews that the fun was back like in 6.5 I went ahead and prepurchased it. I must say to this point I have not been ...

RE: Question for Shaun re future of pbp

<t> Another plug for more PBP, either enhancing what we have or simply adding more. I would love having an option to customize PBP. I manage most of (90%) my games and feel the PBP gets kind of stagnant after awhile. Regardless thou I Love this game for all of its other features and Shauns ...

Just another Thanks

Thanks Shaun,
I personally look forward to the betas. While I do not always download one after the other. I do get about every 2nd or third. Also depends on what's been fixed, or tweaked.
Great job on those posts. Just wanted to offer my thanks for all your work.

<t> Don't know if your still signing up managers, but if so I'll give it a shot. This will be my second attempt at an online league the first is one I'm in in the OOTP realm, and frankly It isn't that much fun. I much prefer PS so am hoping this can be a fun experience.<br/>

Erronious Credit for Save

In my 41 season, the Red Sox are beating the Athletics 14-4 in the 7th, I put in lefty Grove as my reliever and we win 18-4. Lefty Grove gets the Save.
