Just downloaded but am unable to get unzipped

<t> Downloaded the 759MB zipped file. When I click on zip file, it shows one app (exe) file. When I then click the exe file, my system freezes up. Have tried multiple times but freezes each time. <br/>
<br/>
Should there be more than 1 file in the zip?<br/>
<br/>
First time downloading rather ...

RE: Buying games from Canada

Thanks for the quick reply, Erik. May I say that in addition to the fantastic games you make, your companies support to this forum is second to none.

Keep up the good work.

RE: Buying games from Canada

<t> I hear you, hueglin. I am waiting to purchase Forge of Freedom. Drooling, actually. But I will wait til the premium is reduced for those of us in Canada. Fellas, the days of a 20% premium on your dollar vs ours is OVER. Matrix, fix the prices and I'll start to buy. <br/>
As an aside, any of you ...

Thanks for the quick response. Maybe instead of one (Forge of Freedom) I will get two for me from Santa.

Buying games from Canada

<t> Fellas,<br/>
Now that the Canadian dollar is at par (and should continue to climb) against the American dollar, isn't it about time that pricing comes into line. Paying the 14-20% difference is so yesterday. It may not have been that long ago that our dollar was only worth 70 cents US, but ...

About to purchase download copy

<t> It will be the first time I will buy a download but the game looks great (have done much research). I usually want the box copy but live in Canada and didn't need the extra $25+ (customs) headache and runaround. Anyway, as it will be the first time I will download a game, can I get a few quick ...

New screenshots are nice but.....

<t> Don't they look like CC3. What's new? I could fire up my old copy of CC3 and snap the same shots. Why would I spend money on a CC3 remix unless there's something new.<br/>
<br/>
IMHO something new would be better AI, better/more campaigns, more units types of units and maybe a supply ...

RE: Campaign Style?

<t> I have owned CC 2 thru 5.&nbsp; CC 2 was my favourite for the campaign style, use of supply/reinforcement screen and the variety of maps and situations (not to mention my fave book is A Bridge Too Far).&nbsp; I never did complete CC IV and V, as I didn't like the repetitive maps and poor AI ...

Looking to buy a Matrix game....

I currently have UV, KP and HTTR. I am eyeballing For Liberty, Forge of Freedom, WITP and Birth of America. I was looking at Crown of Glory, but the poor reviews have turned me away from that one. Anyone out there have a comment on the one I MUST have?
