RE: Was on the verge...

<r> According to this thread about the game at Wargamer.com, seems like you can convert your demo into the full game. This is what that person did. Also, although I don't own the game, I thought I read the game auto-patches so it would stand to reason you would get the updated content as it is made ...

<t> Hello, I'm also considering making this purchase. Can someone go into details on a couple of items?<br/>
<br/>
1) How is the single player campaign? Is it long? Is it somewhat dynamic?<br/>
2) I know most people like realistic flight model, but are there any modes for newbies that make it ...

Looking for WWII Book Recommendation

<t> Hello,<br/>
<br/>
I'm looking for a recommendation on some books concerning WWII. What I'm looking for is a book at a personal soldier level describing their individual experiences during the war. So basically a "day in the life" of a soldier. I'm looking for a book from the perspective of the ...

Question - Patch 4 Graphics in Altgraphics

I just purchased the game and installed it. I noticed within the 'altgraphics' directory there is a zip file called "Patch 4 Graphics". Is this somethine we are supposed to manually unzip somewhere? And what is it for?

RE: Game question

Don't know for sure since I have not played the matrix version yet. However, based on screens and people's comments, seems like it does have the basics. Again, would likely just give you a general idea about the game, not an exact replica of the matrix version.

<r> Here is a link to the Century of Warfare edition demo. It is not the Matrix version, but can give you some ideas. It even works on my Windows 7 64-bit system even though this version is ancient:)<br/>

RE: Old Korea Tutorial - Why did this happen?

<t> Surprisingly, still runs like a champ, even on my Windows 7 64-Bit install. I haven't seen the game end at turn 7 since I first posted, so I'm just going to chalk it up to something strange.<br/>
