can't download COG patch 1.1.0

When I click on link for COG patch 1.1.0, I get server cannot be found. What am I doing wrong? I registered the game, and am I registered member. Do I need to adjust some browser setting? Thanks, COG v1.0.0 is an awesome game, it just has too many bugs.
