No, he's definately not there in 1792. I double-checked. He's there the 1796 campaign though.

Game Difficulty

By adjusting difficulty, what changes? Does the AI get combat modifiers, diplomacy modifiers, better generals, etc. or does it actually make them more agressive on the strategic map?

<t> I guess you weren't in Quick battle right? Quick battle seems to be the only "fair" way to play against the AI. Once I get them into Detailed Combat they don't have a chance. I don't think I've ever lost a detailed combat against the AI, no matter the odds - and the casualties are always ...
