Submarine surface or dive?

I am not sure as to the correct file. The submarines in Operation Sea Lord get sunk very quickly. No indication as to being on surface or submerged. It appears they are on the surface all the time. Destroyers managed to sink from 2 or 3 hex's away. Have checked manual without result.

Any UPDATE coming on SPWAW

<r> If anyone is monitoring this forum kindly direct me to the correct forum for my question. Is there any hope for an update to SSWW to Windows 10. SSWW is the best war game I have ever played. Detailed equipment and movement realism <br/>
The simple board game does not appeal to me. <br/>

Field of Glory

<t> From the screen shots I can't tell if the game is a board game where the battle groups are boards that are moved or units where the soldiers are seen to move walk etc. I am thinking similar to the Napoleon series and Liberty games.<br/>
If someone could clarify this point it would be much ...

Patches

I am considering downloading this game. I notice quite a number of patches. Does one need to load all patches in order or only the latest one?

RE: Vista 64

<t> Thank you for your imput. I would guess that if it works for your Windows7/64 it ought to work for my Vista. I just have had a lot of bad experience trying to run Matrix Games on Vista 64. Lots of advice about tweeking etc. and none worked. Maybe its my Security Package. What ever I am intrigued ...

RE: AI Cheats and other stuff

<t> Hello Husser Games:<br/>
I posted this last February. I have since upgraded to a Vista64 in June. The game stopped working then and even with much advice still does not work. Thanks for your November 20 offer of help. I was wondering if anyone was checking the posts. Unfortunately at my age I ...

<t> Eric: Please see my string under NII tech support. A chap helped me get the map up but nothing is running. I can't move anybody. RE: Vista Premium 64 and Autoload

Let me clarify: The program is Autorun not autoload. It seems like it is a Microsoft program that is missing. I downloaded MS Autoplay and Autorun same thing now the game won't load. This is very frustrating. I'll wait to hear from a Matrix person with the 64.

<t> Again much appreciate the imput. <br/>
You could be right on autoload. I am running the program off my hard drive. Its just that a window keeps popping up when I close the game stating I need autoload. I wouldn't think so If I am using the system main hard drive. <br/>

<t> I started a topic and string attached to Matrix's new game Commander Napoleon at War re compatability problems in running the new game when Napoleon in Italy, Libery and Steel Panthers WAW do not work. RE: Vista Premium and/or 64

<t> I should switch over to Napoleon in Italy as this refers to it. I downloaded and installed the NII game and patch.
