Weird - renamed the file and attached again...

And the files...

Used Kashira as reference, I did some research myself. At the end of turn 17 Kashira is Soviet, but after the AI turn it switches to Axis control.

The four turn files are attached. Let me know if you need more files...

At some point I turned off the AI Air assist under the game options and then on ...

Doing the following:

1. Selecting airtransport mode in the panel.
2. Selecting airfield for target

Expected: In the panel to right, I'm expecting a list of proposed Axis airbases
BUG: Proposed airbases for staging are all Sovjet airbases.

Using version 1.02.45
