RE: Simple Balancer Fantasy (SBF) Mod

<t> The new "At Start" Shokakus would be:<br/>
Yamato<br/>
Musashi<br/>
Shinano<br/>
<br/>
The two lat '42 Shokakus would be:<br/>
Kii<br/>
Ibuki<br/>

The five additional Shokakus would be Improved Shokakus (using the Kairyu Sides and Shils) and with an Air Group of 84 or 96 (this ...

RE: Simple Balancer Fantasy (SBF) Mod

<t> FatR makes some very good points. How about this? Make the Shokakus (or a "Improved Shokaku") the "Essex" for the IJN. Production is "standardized" and helps speed launching:<br/>
<br/>
Yamato = Two additional Shokakus to start.<br/>
<br/>
Junyo & Hiyo = One additional Shokaku to start. The ...

RE: Simple Balancer Fantasy (SBF) Mod

<t> I'm no "expert", but I would offer this up for consideration:<br/>
<br/>
Yamato = Two additional Shokakus to start. Or one additional Shokaku and the Junyos are availble at "start". <br/>
<br/>
Musashi = Taiho and Unryus begin to arrive 8-12 months earlier than their historical arrival dates ...

RE: Confused German AI

Clairification and an additiona observation. I've just start the Soviet portion of Turn 4; not 5. Also, I've generated 4 Partisan units just west of Minsk and they are all within 3 hexes of my "stay behinds". Is this WAD I wonder?

Confused German AI

<t> I've just started my second 41-45 Campaign; the first on as the Germans and this one as the Soviets. Both games are unmoded and on "Easy" difficulty. As the Germans I made it to November '41 and have managed to take both Lenningrad and Moscow and have cleared out most of the Ukraine. I was ...

RE: Editor Questions

Can anyone tell me what the "Use AI" option is for (if checked) in the "Scenario" Tab of the Editor? What does it do if "checked?"

Thank you in advance.

RE: Search by surface ships' floatplanes

<t> I have been concerned about setting Archs for Search and ASW and the Results of same for some time now. After reading these posts I went and check several of my In Progress games against the AI. I have been confused and frustrated by the poor results recieved by my AC when setting Archs and how ...

RE: Maxim Gorky I - Sevastopol

<t> It would appear to be one of the Soviet Coast Defense Batteries. There were four such four-gun batteries on the Baltic Coast, two four-gun battieris on the Black Sea Coast, and two batteries in the Far East. The battleship turret was designed by the Metal Factory in 1909 and was based on the ...

Will the user's be able to create their vehicle models and insert them into the game? What would be the best program for this; Sketchup? Any suggestions for those of us that wish to do so?

Adv Squad Ldr & SPWAW

How easy will it be to take a scenario for Advance Squad Leader and convert it for PCO? From SPWAW to PCO? What about PanzerBlitz? Will there be an ability in the future to go to other Fronts; West, Africa, Pacific, etc.?

Thanks in advance.

<t> Andy,<br/>
For me, and only me, I like doing "What Ifs" and "Alternate History" campaigns. I'm not interested in "Single Mappers." I would rather pick up the Fight in May '42, November '42, March '43, etc., etc. and play throught to Decemeber '48. What would have happened if the Hornet would ...
