Scenario description DL

Hi all,
is there a way to copy/paste the scenario description to an editor or just find the corresponding text somewhere in the game files. I would really like to be able to increase the font for reading purposes plus it would be nice to keep it printed.

Now that you've mentioned it...what's the diff btween resources and supplies if there is any?
I can see that some bases have a resource storage but if you pick it up with a AK TF then how is it replenished?
