RE: Wait for 1.5 seconds bug

I tried it in practice mode without a defense to oppose the play. Check it out with a timing pass and you will see what I mean.

Not a huge problem, just something to check out when you get a chance.

Wait for 1.5 seconds bug

<t> It appears in the latest release that the logic command "WAIT FOR 1.5 Seconds" does not take 1.5 seconds for a QB to use it, in fact it appears the same as the wait for .15 seconds. I tested it on timing passes and the QB throws it immediately with the 1.5 seconds option, but waits a whole ...

RE: Play Action Bug

<t> You can use a WAIT FOR command in the same spot as the fake handoff. After the wait for command you can then do a pass read or timed pass command. The key to getting it to work right however is to have another point made after the fake handoff point even though you don't use it (no move to next ...

RE: Play Action Bug

<t> Yes, you can keep "moving" from node to node to simulate a wait time. However it seems like you should be able to move to next point, then at that next point do a wait command to set your feet then do a pass.<br/>

As you know QB accuracy is much lower on the run hence my desire to have ...

Play Action Bug

<t> Tinkering around with the latest relase 1.3.120 I am having a problem with play action.<br/>
<br/>
The QB will execute the fake hand off, but will throw on the run no matter what I do with the next point. I put a "wait for 1.5 seconds" at the next action point then a pass (either timed or read ...

Those stadiums and field graphics are great. Are they available for download at fbmax or somewhere else?

RE: FANTASY CFL TEAMS For my league

Good work. Is that stadium empty on purpose or is it a graphic problem? Looks like the old days in LA when the Raiders had trouble drawing fans.

RE: Simple R3 release notes PDS question

Thanks, that makes sense now. The new PDS is much better, I like how it is basically taken from the in game engine.

Simple R3 release notes PDS question

The release notes for R3 mention in new features:

"5. WYSIWYG play design"

What does this mean (excuse my football ignorance)? It sounds interesting.

RE: First Impressions

As David said, R3 is a much better release. I put the game down for awhile while he worked on the current version out of some fustration with the PDS (play design system). R3 has a much better and different PDS which makes the game more fun to work with.

RE: NMLs proplaybooks

These are good NM, nice job!

I have been away for awhile, just getting back into the groove of things now that I have some time around the holidays. These plays will help me in making the team specific playbooks I have been trying to find time to do since last April.

Excellent job. I prefer these, the current style, to those from the '80s back when the "sack exchange" was the rage.

Crap, 80 mb's! That is pretty large. Is it possible that you could just unpack the Goalposts and then e-mail to me or something? Also, would this be different then Stadium files? If you wanted custom Goalposts, would you need to repack them ...

What did you use to unpack the stadiums?

Use a hex editor and it is pretty easy from there. There are no utilities that do this yet, I was making one then got stuck and sidetracked.

I was wondering, has anyone figured out if its possible to edit the Goalpost models in the game? I know it would have no effect on game play, but I was hoping too make wider Highschool Goal posts on my own. Any idea if this is possible?

I never had those problems but then I made my own plays. I did use a lot of the stock formations and had reasonable success running through the line - smetimes no gain, sometimes 3 or 4 or 5 yards and occasionally longer runs. <br/>
