unit icons

The screenshots show either unit icons or nato symbols.

Do the unit icons change when that unit's tech level increases. ie panzer iv to panther etc when armour tech level increases

tech question

When playing WAW you could research many different attributes(ie armour defence, air ground attack, submarine speed, etc) is there anything similar to this in TOW ?

Combat rounds

If you only move a unit(not used in attack) does this affect in any way the calculation for combat rounds used.

I have looked on the Web(And this forum) and have read conflicting advice on this.
