Will this run on Win 11?

I just got one of those 50% off coupons, and I am looking for a good operational D-D wargame that has a decent AI, and I think this game may fit the bill, if it runs on Win 11.

Update! It works on Steel Division 2!!!
What I had to do was to set McAfee to VPN on, Automatically on networks and Wi-Fi.

Now I need to test Close Combat. Fingers crossed.

A friend and I tried to play Steel Division 2, after we could not get Close Combat: Panthers in the Fog nor Last Stand Arnhem to work multiplayer. As soon as Steel Division 2 went to load up the Campaign map, we lost the mulitplayer connection.

As I said in the first post, whatever options I select in the game's options screen don't stay. You have to restart for them to take effect, but on a restart the default settings are back.

I have no idea what I'm doing here, so do you know what directx settings I should change? I have a new alienware computer, windows 10, Geforce 1080 gpu, Intel I7 8700 cpu @ 3.20 ghz.

Any ideas? I tried all kinds of compatibility and scaling options, but with no luck. I'm having the same issue with Gary Grigsby's Eagle Day to Bombing the Reich. I think this has to do with a windows update from a few months ago that did something with dpi scaling. Any answers out there?
