RE: zone sizes

<t> Zone sizes depend on the coverage. Deep zones are wider in cover 2 (half of field) than cover 3 (1/2 of field), and cover 4 (1/4 of field). The underneith zones also vary depending on the number of zones, however on underneith zones I tend to give wider zones to DBs than LB's...

<t> It doesn't effect video game football as much, but the numbers are also located closer to the sideline, even though its not shown in the above diagram. It really only effects substitution, but its there. That's why you will see hashes on the field for where the numbers would ...

RE: Metro Football League - Season 5

It's nice Metropolis decided that playing defense is a good thing. Combined with the #1 scoring offense, they are going to lay some hurting on people this year.

RE: CUSTOM PLAYS

<t> The one FBPro league I did way back when had teams send their playbooks to a team they didn't play that season to check for what we deemed illegal plays...but other than that I don't think you should penalize players who do make their own books. I look at it as survival of the fittest....

RE: CPU Dpesn't send players in motion

<t> The biggest motion problem I have is in the PDS. When I load a play that has motion, the first time I snap it I can start the motion. I can also start the motion if the previous play is a TD, an incomplete pass, or goes out of bounds. If the previous play ends with ...

RE: I have yet to see a blocked field goal

<t> I've blocked a few punts in NCAA, both from a short snap near the goalline and with the full 16 yards, but it's not a common occurance. On the old PS NCAA 2001 I could block every punt. Games tend to either be too hard to block kicks, or too easy once you get the tri...

Don't beat yourself up over it, but if you do tape it and put it on YouTube so we can all get a good laugh [:D] I figured out you can move it by accident. I thought I put it there once, so I tried dragging it and "wa-la!"

RE: CPU Dpesn't send players in motion

No, the red point is a waypoint. The player will end his motion where you put him, but he will motion to the red dot first. It allows you to make reverse motion (cross the formation and go back across) or just change direction in the motion route.

What's your playclock setting? If there isn't enough time, the QB will snap it before motion starts.

good idea about the counter. who runs FBMax? i've been wondering that for almost 2 years.

Shaggyra runs FBMax, but he's only poked his head in occasionally. I don't know his story beyond that.

That's what I want to see as well. Hollywood still needs a mobile QB to make the spread shine, but I'm disappointed in the running outputs of both teams. I'll need to revisit those books after I finish the Wing-T and Mykal's books.
