Every else on the planet has cumulative patches, so I see no reason why Matrix should not

I have surrounded Norway and Crete with German transports, on Summer turns, and cannot inavde them them for love nor money.

Is it a bug, or can Germans not mount amphibious invasions ?

I am fully aware of my password, I have double checked it in my registry, but the patch still tells me I have an invalid serial number ?

I am also assuming that the 1.200 patch is not cumulative.
