Thanks, Larry.  However, I should have elaborated a bit. How much percent does supply diminish per turn for an out-of-supply unit? I.e., after how many turns is it (almost) totally ineffective?

How can one make a printout of the following:
- OOB's
- expected reinforcements
- scenario briefings
