I do have codec pack installed I at work so I'll check that when I get home and uninstall that and see what happens.

I can find and play them seperately. The one thing I noticed is the slash is different direction d:\panzer command operation winter storm\Media\Sounds.

I don't have any sound problems in any other games. I tried the sounds they work. I will try you other suggestions and let you know.
