How do I access the PureSim 2007\psa_template folder?

Thanks.  I saw the instructions, believe it or not I don't know how to "unzip to [my] PureSim 2007\psa_template folder"?  Is there any easy way to explain how to do this?  Thanks again and sorry for the hassle.
