My locale is US English and all other formats are set to the default settings for Windows 10

Will there be an official fix to this issue? I have tried every fix/suggestion on all the different threads addressing this issue and no luck. My system's specs&nbsp;have already addressed by others (windows 7, Nvidia card etc., all the latest drivers)
