At first I had lots of errors but after setting it to Compatibility XP and Administrator it seems to be working fine.

Vista Home Premium 64

I got it working on Home Premium (64bit) by setting it to 98/me with visual themes disabled

For me TOAW runs pretty much the same under Vista Home Premium (even with Aero and 64-bit) as it did under XP.
