This is the first time I have heard this suggestion--can do and will report the results.
then apply the patches in sequence?

Do you mean .18 and then .25 and then .26 or what?

It says that "plato MFC application has encountered a problem ..."

A guy emailed&nbsp;me that&nbsp;I have to change by display settings to 96 dpi--but I have no display setting like that.

I have the same problem.  Newest beta update, registered and the game crashes before I even get started--on both computers and they work fine for every other program I use.
