So bear with me NZ south Island has 20 Heavy, 140 light and 140 resources. Going by the manual 1 heavy point uses 20 resources and light uses 15. 20 heavy and 140 light should then use 2500 resources per day. Level 2 is my working idea because it seems a C-47 will neither drop paras or supply from a level 1

You cant fly offensive missions from a level 1 airfield.
