Just got it! I've never had such a heavy game before. As others have mentioned, the paperback novel or manual as some call it is pretty awesome.

Makes sense to me Mike, good point. That's pretty much what I was gonna say. I think a lot of people like to be put in the setting/situation and see how they can do things their own way for different results.

Raiders and partisans aren't treated as normal units. They can only be destroyed through their mission.

Isn't that something to do with initiate. I've had a few times were it takes 5 or 6 times for my army to move. Just a thought.

Verification on Governor support

I just wanna make sure I have this right. Currently the Governor of SC supports conscription. This means that if I conscript in the state I suffer no attitude penalty but still take the risk of that province going into unrest. Is that correct? Thanks in advance.
