I removed the dd_sw switch from my shortcut and I can now end my turn and quit the game. Thank you. However, I have no sound now... are the two possibly connected? If I ctrl/alt/del and go to task manager, the sound returns until I close task manager without ending the game, silence again.

This game really tests your patience... for some reason now, I cannot exit the game or end my turn. Just hangs up. I can hit esc key on my keyboard after attempting to end my turn or exit the game and it will basically return me to my turn. I have to hit ctrl/alt/delete to take to me to task manager...
