Trying to select shipyard,pierside,ready at PH..seems to take an inordinate amount of time for my selection to happen. Doesn't seem to happen at any other bases but Pearl. Thoughts?

I can't find the tracker thread,....argh.

I am having problems getting tracker to load due to my 64bit Win7. I have tried a few of the steps recommended on the tracker site to no avail. Does anyone have a solution?

I'm trying to move some USN air units from an air base onto CV's in the same port hex. The CV's have room, the USN air units are set to Independent but no dice. The button text is white but when I click on it, no ships show up. Stumped.

Playing a PBEM as Japanese, captured Miri and Brunei and want to expand both refinery and oil production. Do I need to expand the base and then the expand refinery option will become available?
