RE: multiplayer hardship

Considering I got Vista for free (yes, I realise I paid with my willigness to betatest) 6 months prior to its release, I don't think I was suckered, just curious... ;) That's why I stress that I'm talking about RC1, not a retail copy of Vista. It may be an important distinction.

RE: Is 1920x1200 a supported resolution?

I can't get my native resolution of 1680x1050. Max is 1280x1024 in the options screen. (Vista Ultimate RC1)

That did the trick for me as well. (on 32bit)<br/>

I also have to let CC3.exe run with administrator priviliges, or the game thinks there's something wrong with my registration key.<br/>

RE: Windows Vista support

<r> I just posted this over at the CSO-forums:
<QUOTE><s>[quote]</s>I purchased and downloaded CoI from Matrix. After installing on Vista Ultimate RC1 (the open beta) and clicking on the big "Play CoI" star, Windows informs me that "Close Combat: Cross of Iron has stopped working".<br/>
<br/>
Any ...
