Well, it has been most notable with the Churchill tanks. I've seen other Allied tanks models (shermans) backup properly....but I hesitate to make an emphatic statement here. I'll pay more attention and report back.

Steve, in answer to your question: We did not use the Lobby chat capability since I have a Team Speak account. Our communication was via a separate program. I'm not sure about Steiner, but I do not have a Steam account for GtC. At any rate, we were not trying to connect through Steam.

Yes (PipfromSlitherine), we have the appropriate ports on. Ho else would we been able to play prior to the incidents we are commenting on. The problem is in the game system and NOT with the players!

Seve....just an FYI this same condition existed ("Connecting to Opponent..." but your opponent never gets the invitation) the one evening when Hetser and I wee tying to connect (my GRRRRRR post) the other evening.

I haven't seen that PanzerBiltz box top design in an age! Wow, that brings back memories...administering H2H play/moves using snail mail (between players in the US and Europe no less. Thank god CC came along!!

Too bad you aren't logged on a little later in the evening than 10:00 PM. I'm on the west coast (and so is Steiner) and don't usually get to log on until 7:00 to 7:30 PST (10:00 to 10:30 your time). Have fun with your games.
