Can I ask for a postponing of this league? I have run into some serious computer issues, which may result in having to reformatting my hard drive.  I hoping to avoid this, but I may not have a say in the matter.

2. 1.51 I'm not in the mood purchase an upgrade.
3. I don't really care about the finances.
4. No DH

I would do one. It might make the game more interesting. Obvioulsy, before creating it, let's work out the details before just jumping in and making things up as we go along.
