Solution is to use an older version of 3DAnalyzer.

I got the game working on 3DAnalyzer 2.26 with a 64 MB Intel Integrated 82852/82855 graphics, 1.50 Ghz, 512 MB of RAM. It runs fine, just a little slow after a while (due to badly optimized code).

Problem may be I'm running WindowsXP, I check "emulate HW TnL caps", "force pixel shader 1.1", "skip pixel shader 1.4", "skip pixel shader 2.0" and it gives me "error while injecting dll into process".<br/>
