I installed the patch and I have had two CTD when throwing granades. Evidently this bug hasn't been fixed. I can't upload a log file because one isn't generated. Anybody else still having this problem?

Is there any way to rotate advance labs and workshops in order to get them to fit in two slots that are up an down?

The same thing happens to me as well. I don't think it's card related because Steel Angel has an Nvidia card and I use an ATI card.
