Hello. If I want to change/add music tracks to the game, which is the files path?

I've began work on a new building in a city, but I'd like to cancel it before pressing the End of Turn button. Trying to stop it I've even ordered another one, and can't find the way to undo this.

I've tried to cancel the buiding with "backspace" but it does nothing.
