RE: Simple Question - The Manual

Thanks, I should have been more specific...I was looking for a copy while on a business trip away from my home PC and thought there might have been a DL for it. No worries.

RE: make Master Wishlist Thread be a forum

I agree with the UI issues and stuff like that. Lots of good suggestions. But how about some sort of victory score, high-score list and recap (AKA the Civilization series)? The "YOU WIN" screen with the juvenile sayings from the other leaders just doesn't cut it.

Simple Question - The Manual

<t> I bought DW and the expansions some time ago, but I'm only now getting into it. In a nutshell, where's the manual for the game? I don't see it in my downloads or the download links, but there's supposedly a 72 page PDF manual.<br/>
<br/>
It's probably staring me in the face, but I'm just ...

RE: Digging around for a new game

Until some of the play balance issues are fixed, I'd have to recommend folks to stay clear.&nbsp; I really regret spending my hard-earned $70 (the price of the hardcopy game) on this one. &nbsp;

RE: Wargamer Notes from Mr. Trotter on FoF

Guys, I know I'm taking a hiatus with this game and I don't necessarily disagree with Trotter's comments here. However, I knew Trotter (out of Greensboro, NC) and I wish I could tell you he's losing it...except he lost it about 5 years ago.

RE: Next game, more questions

<t> Well, two points.<br/>
<br/>
1.&nbsp; I'm playing on a low difficulty level again, so seeing this massive Rebel army shouldn't happen because it shouldn't get huge bonuses.&nbsp; Fog of war was engaged, so I cheated and engaged every military force the Rebs had to see their actual numbers ...

After my first game - many concerns about FOF

<r> Please forgive me if this post seems like I’m whining, as that’s not my intention. I’ve enjoyed most of my experience with FOF, but have some real concerns and questions that are right now spoiling an otherwise great game. I don’t have the manual yet, so some of this might be covered in there ...

It does seem to be crashing at the point in the game in which the Flash animation is being called, so I still tend to suspect this is the problem. If you don't mind, I'm going to build a special version of the game that bypasses the initial ...
