Counters? Forgive my ignorance, are they the same things as the little "Nato" type squares for infantry, cavalry, artillery etc?

Should disbanded troops increase the overall number of available troops in the pool?
According to the manual, disbanded troops are removed from the game. It makes no mention that they are added to the pool.

BH, you need to log into the Members area, click on My Games and you'll find it inside Private Downloads.
