Can anyone tell why COTD doesn't use the whole screen? (may I'm just dumb). I tried it on XP (SP1 and 2) en vista (with several compatibilti modes). Or is it just a limitation?

Is there anyone encountering trouble downloading the patch zipfile? After clicking the link I wait severla minutes, then get the message "page cannot be found"... fast computer, fast ADSL.
