Unexpected error, quitting

<t> I just loaded PS07 on a new vista laptop using v 1.0 and updating to v1.6. Everytime I hit the play button the game does not load and instead I get the following message - "unexpected error, quitting". anyone know what this is or how to fix?<br/>
